However we are now setting up a windows terminal server box on MS2003 server and that same method doesn't work we get the above error about not being able to locate our support library. It runs fine on various XP machines if we copy the 4 basic run time files over to the system directory on the xp machines, then load the application itself off the server. Thread ID: 49743 jim fixit Can't locate the MS visual FoxPro support Library We have an application created in VFP7. I guess if there are no libraries out there that will fix it, would installing an older version of foxpro (VFP7) allow me to run and recompile to program?Ĭan't locate the MS visual FoxPro support Library Is there somewhere I can download this library that will allow me to run this? I've tried using previous version run time files that have not worked? Any ideas? Thread ID: 66640 David Cummings App written in VFP9 Beta - not working I wrote an app in VFP 9 (beta) and am now seeing the error: " Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual FoxPro support library", whenever I try to run it. I tried copying those 2 files from the backup The VFP 9 download also gave errors about msvcr71.dll. I then tried installing both the VFP7 run-time files and the VFP 9 files, but it did not help. When I tried going into the Active Foxpro Pages control center, I got an error that " Cannot locate the Microsoft Visual Foxpro support library." This is a computer without any native Foxpro installed. It gave errors of not being able to locate gdiplus.dll or msvcr71.dll.
